Brain Entrainment

  • Do you have difficulty retaining new information for any length of time?
  • How long do you remember a person's name after you are introduced to them?
  • Do you remember when people give you driving directions?
  • Is it hard for you to remember what people say?
  • Is it hard for you to remember what you just read?

If so, you may be absorbent deficient.

The Good News Is - You are not alone. A lot of people have trouble retaining what they learn. Some people can only absorb a limited amount of information at any one time. This can be very frustrating! It can also be embarrassing to ask people their names over and over again.

How To Fix This Problem

There are methods that you can use to correct this problem. You've probably seen some of them advertised on TV. However, they don't work very well...and the reason they do not work is that they don't act on the one organ that controls learning power, memory, recall and retention - the brain.

Successful people that retain information easily have different Beta brainwaves than most of us. They get it naturally. But you can teach your brain to retain information better, faster and easier - and you're going to find out how right now!

By listening to the OptiMINDzation Volume One CD ROM for twenty minutes to one hour every day, your mental absorption power will increase significantly!

Brain entrainment has taken accelerated learning to new levels. By understanding the impact of different frequencies on brain assimilation and action, brain entrainment science has spurned exciting products that can be utilised any time of the day, by anyone, at any age, anywhere.

How Brain Entrainment Works

Well, "Entrainment" is a principle in physics, where two cycles synchronize naturally with each other in order to work more efficiently.

  • Entrainment is applied to chemistry, astronomy, electrical systems and much more -but can also be applied to the brain.
  • When the brain is provided with a stimulus, through the ears, eyes or other senses, it emits an electrical charge in response. This is called a Cortical Evoked Response.
  • These electrical responses travel throughout the brain to become what an individual sees and hears.
  • When the brain is given a consistent, repeating stimulus, such as drum beats or flashes of light, the brain responds by synchronizing, or entraining, its electric cycles to the external rhythm.
  • This is commonly called the Frequency Following Response (or FFR), and it can be used to effectively alter the brainwave pattern of the audience.

That's a little of the science behind OptiMINDzation. It really works!
