So much focus is placed on diet for weight loss purposes,
that nutrition often gets pushed aside and relegated
to the supplementary basket.
The cells in the human body are designed to protect
us from harmful bacteria and disease. To perform at
optimal levels, these cells must receive minimal toxins
and maximum nutrition.
Putting together diet for weight loss AND nutrition
causes a problem. Regardless of how many people say
it - you CANNOT receive optimal nutrition levels with
the portions of food that will maintain a healthy weight.
There is just not sufficient nutrition in food for optimal
health. For minimal health, maybe but not to prevent
disesase. One would have to eat so much food they would
end up grossly overweight.
The only way you can avoid developing disease is to
avoid the toxins that trigger cell malfunction and to
nourish cells to perform their body cleansing and cell
replacement activities without problems.
