So much focus is placed on diet for weight loss purposes, that nutrition often gets pushed aside and relegated to the supplementary basket.

The cells in the human body are designed to protect us from harmful bacteria and disease. To perform at optimal levels, these cells must receive minimal toxins and maximum nutrition.
