Muscle Explosive Power
Explosive Power measures the strength of the quick
firing muscles. This is a different different type of
muscle strength measured by muscular endurance tests.

Burst Test
- Place your feet close to a wall, with your hand
stretched up.
- Mark the wall at the fingertip level.
- Squat down then jump up and mark the wall again
at your highest point, then measure the two marks.
- Check your burst fitness using the charts below.
